In order to ensure that students are on track academically, we implement benchmark assessments in the areas of literacy and math. These assessments occur minimally three times per year and progress monitoring may occur in between periods if needed.
All QRSD elementary schools offer a robust Multi Tiered System of Support for academics. Based upon review of student data, students may be provided with additional interventions and enrichment opportunities.
Each spring our fifth graders attend Nature's Classroom, an overnight experiential learning program. Parents are responsible for payment of this unique experience, please contact your principal should you have any questions or concerns.
